The double-end straight T5 UVC tube is the most widely installed germicidal lamp format in the world — the direct descendant of the fluorescent tube, with a G5 bi-pin base at each end and a quartz arc tube in between. It is the lamp inside HVAC upper-air units, coil-irradiation kits, conveyor surface sanitizers, laboratory biosafety cabinets, and exposed-tube water sterilizers on every continent. The Legia Smart GPH-T5 series covers the complete range: twelve models from 4W (135mm) to 79W (1630mm), delivering up to 250 μW/cm² of 254nm intensity at one meter with a 10,000-hour rated life.
